All of the information, training and advice we offer to families is based on the
Trust's world-renowned research, backed by our unique collective experience
working with individuals with Down syndrome.

Offering evidence-based services
We provide an extensive range of services
to provide advice and support to families:
- Advice and support: the Trust offers a variety of ways for parents
to obtain free expert advice and information about developmental, educational and
behavioural issues. For details, see the Find out more about

- Early intervention techniques: the Trust provides early intervention
services for babies and pre-school children with Down syndrome and their parents
from the south of England. These groups take place at The Sarah Duffen Centre, Portsmouth.

Providing specialist resources
