In addition, the charity is pleased to offer discounts on products and reduced rate memberships to individuals and organisation with lower incomes.

Eligibility for this extra support is based on the economic development status of the country in which the individual or organisation resides, as follows:

Least developed countries

Individuals and organisations resident in countries currently classified as 'least developed countries' by the United Nations External link icon are eligible for:

Low-income and lower-middle income economies

Individuals and organisations resident in countries currently classified as a 'low-income economies' or 'lower-middle-income economies' by the World Bank External link icon are eligible for:

Upper-middle income economies

Individuals and organisations resident in countries currently classified as a 'upper-middle-income economies' by the World Bank are eligible for:

Other countries

Individuals living in 'developed' countries and experiencing particular financial hardship may also be eligible for extra support. For United Kingdom citizens, additional support is available for individuals who are currently receiving income-based Jobseeker's Allowance External link icon, Income Support External link icon and/or Working Tax Credit External link icon. Citizens of other 'developed' countries should contact us, providing information about their particular personal circumstances.
