Online services technical requirements
Our interactive online events, web seminars and meetings can be accessed
using typical computer systems that are connected to the Internet.
Most personal computers typically in use today should be able to access
our online services. In general, we recommend that you use the most
recent browser version available. Some features may not be available on
all platforms and in all browsers. For detailed requirements, please
refer to the latest WebEx System Requirements.
Internet connection
Our interactive online events, web seminars and meetings are all
delivered over the Internet. A reliable Internet connection is therefore
necessary. Wherever possible, we recommend a broadband connection for
best quality. Some features (including video playback and integrated
audio) may not work correctly over lower bandwidth connections.
Telephone access
A telephone is not required for access to our online services as we can
route audio and voice communication over the Internet (we recommend the
use of a computer headset). However, if your Internet connection is not
high bandwidth, or you are concerned about reliability, you may prefer
to use a telephone to receive audio and join in conversations. We offer
local/national dial and toll-free access in many countries for many of

JavaScript and cookies
JavaScript should be enabled in the web browser you are using and
cookies should be accepted to ensure proper functionality of WebEx
applications. Cookies may be restricted to the DownsEd WebEx site (see
below).
ActiveX and Java
It is recommended that ActiveX components are enable on Microsoft
Windows systems running Internet Explorer. Mac OS X systems require
Apple Java 5 or higher.
DownsEd WebEx site
All of our online services are securely hosted through our WebEx site
located at
https://downsed.webex.com/.
If you prefer, you can restrict application permissions and cookie
acceptance to this specific domain.
