Booking a web seminar or online course
Booking to attend a web seminar or online course is straightforward. Simply add
the appropriate items to your basket on our online store (with or without other
publications) and checkout. We will send you joining instructions as soon as we
process your order.
Ordering
To book to attend a web seminar or online course, please visit Down Syndrome Education International's online store. You will find both individual seminars and courses listed
as items on the store.
Please note that (at present) we are unable to accept web seminar
bookings via Down Syndrome Education USA's online store.
To order, please add the relevant seminars or courses to your basket and checkout.
When we receive your order, we will email joining instructions and invitations to
each seminar. You can expect to receive these within a couple of days of submitting
your order. If you wish to book on to a web seminar that is scheduled to start within
the next few hours, you should call our UK office on +44 (0)23 9285 5330 to ensure
we get you setup correctly in time for the session.
We can accept payment in UK Pounds, US Dollars or Euros via most major credit and
debit cards. Please see our online store for current pricing.
Participants details
Unless instructed otherwise, we will assume that the person ordering is attending.
If you are ordering on behalf of someone else (or for more than one person), please
provide names and emails in the notes on your order.
Joining information
Information about how to join your web seminar (or each seminar in a course) will
be emailed to you shortly after your order has been processed and confirmed.
We recommend joining session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
(and at least 10 minutes ahead if it is the first time you have joined one of our
online sessions). If you wish to check your computer is setup correctly in advance
of the session, please follow our setup instructions.
