We offer a range of Advice Sessions to provide interactive discussions between participants and expert panellists on reading and writing for children with Down syndrome across different age groups.

About the Advice Sessions

The following Advice Sessions offer live group consultations with expert practitioners focused on reading and writing for children with Down syndrome across different age groups:

• Reading and writing for children with Down syndrome (5 to 11 years)
• Reading and writing for teenagers with Down syndrome (11 to 16 years)

The online advice sessions are suitable for families, teachers, teaching assistants, educational/school psychologists, speech and language therapists/pathologists, other health and education professionals, and representatives of support groups. They are available to participants worldwide. The Advice Session presenters include Professor Sue Buckley, Gillian Bird, Julie Hughes and Becky Baxter.
