Since the charity's first research project in
the early 1980s, we have produced a series of
well-received videos to share the practical
findings of our research.

The charity's ground-breaking videos from the 1980s and 1990s
covering the development of reading and language skills in children
with Down syndrome are now available on DVD.
Each low-price DVD now contains two of the charity's classic videos.

New video on teaching reading
Down Syndrome Education International has secured funding for a new film entitled
Development in practice - Teaching reading to children with Down syndrome.
This new film will update much of the information and advice contained in these
older videos, and is expected to be published in 2009.
