Advice Days at The Sarah Duffen Centre
The charity holds Advice Days for families and professionals at The Sarah Duffen Centre free of
charge.
About our Advice Days
Down Syndrome Education International's Advice Days offer the opportunity for families and professionals
to meet each other, to meet the charity's practitioners and to use the library resources at The Sarah
Duffen Centre.
Staff will be pleased to meet you and your children on an informal basis to discuss your concerns and
offer advice.
Advice Days 2008
Due to the popularity of our Advice Days at The Sarah Duffen Centre, we have decided to change the format
of these days to accommodate different age-groups. There will be two Advice Days for pre-school children
on:
- Monday 8 September 2008
- Monday 8 December 2008
There will also be an Advice Day for school-age children, organised during term-time so that teachers,
SENCOs, assistants, etc can attend with families. The date for this is:
Advice Days run from 10 am to 3 pm at The Sarah Duffen Centre in Portsmouth on each of the above dates.
