Down Syndrome Education Internationalhas developed a range of checklists to record children's
progress in vocabulary, speech sounds, communication and play, and sentences and grammar.

the checklists
The downsed checklists enable parents and professionals to keep records of their child's speech,
language and communication development
These checklist have been designed by the charity's expert practitioners, based on extensive hands-on
experience and research evidence. They complement the information and advice provided in our
Down Syndrome Issues and Information books.

the checklists are also available to purchase individually or in packs of 10.

Translations
Spanish language versions of the checklists are available as part of
